Either way, this thing packs a huge punch and should be abused. Horde on my server gets a tenacity buff most of the time, so it may or may not be % based. It seems to hit consistently for 35k or so for me. I did not notice any difference in the RP-GG's aiming when I had a target right clicked, nor did I notice very heavy tracking on the rocket unless I was aiming straight at the vehicle and the vehicle was not too close to me. This has been changed, now the rocket shoots where you were facing at the time of firing.
Slowly turning with the vehicle will cause you to miss. This is important because if you're not shooting at a vehicle that is coming straight at you you will need to face where they will be in at the end of the cast time. So if you're facing straight north, then in the cast time you turn to face east the rocket will still shoot north. Most importantly, the rocket will fire in the direction which you were pointing when you first started casting. The rocket didn't seem to be able to hit vehicles through the small opening in the inner walls of Wintergrasp. The minimum range seemed to be less than 20 yards but longer than 10. There is a maximum range and a minimum range on where the rocket will hit. Comment by GiullsI used almost nothing but RP-GGs today and these are some observations on their operation:
